We are a group of supportive men, not a staffed organisation. The best time to contact us is between 9am and 12.00 Monday to Friday, but we will always endeavour to respond to your call as quickly as we can.

If we cannot answer your call at the time, we will call you back, so please leave your number and state you are happy for us to do this – we need your permission to call you back as we do not want to risk breaking your confidentiality. If you are unable to do this, please call again.
